Return & Exchange Policy

(For retail sold items)

Didosh Home – Didem Ilter Coskuner (didoshome.com) gives the highest importance to its’ customer satisfaction. If you are not simply happy with your product(s) (because of size, color and/or texture etc.), we will accept the returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery.

Please read the following carefully:

  • Return the item(s) with its’ original invoice or shipping label or slip.
  • Item(s) that you will return must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, unpackaged and without any damage.
  • Custom items cannot be returned.
  • Shipping cost (and insurance if applicable) for returned items belongs to customer. (Some certain exceptions may apply)
  • After your return has been received and inspected we will issue a merchandise refund.
  • Defective merchandise claims need to be received within next day of cargo delivery by writing. For all the defective merchandise claims, our factories’ quality control departments require for the defective product(s) (items) be sent to them for inspection prior to approving acceptance of issuing replacement or credit.
  • If you see the package is damaged during the time of delivery, please inspect the merchandise. If merchandise is not ok and heavily damaged please notice us by sending an email and attach a photo if possible. We will do our best to exchange it or your money back is guaranteed after we receive the damaged merchandise back in mail. Do not send the package back by Fedex or UPS or DHL or etc. We will not refund your money if you do and will send the pack back to you unless you pay their service yourself. Please use your national postal service for an acceptable cost for yourself.
  • For all the reasons of your returns, please email us at contact page to inform us the name of the product, invoice number / date and the brief reason for returning.
